Our Stage 2 Detail takes the next logical step forward in terms of protection and in terms of processes involved. With the stage 2 detail multiple layers of wax or paintwork sealants are used to greatly improve the durability and protection against the elements. Some new stages that are also added include hand applied polish to help mask light swirls and defects of the paintwork the addition of extra layers of protection, The car is sprayed with a de-taring chemical that dissolves small flecks of tar that are bonded to the paintwork, also a substantial interior detail is included that not only freshens up the interior but also adds protection to plastics and upholstery. This is the perfect detail for those looking for a monthly clean.
Stage 2 Detail - £65 - £100 (dependent on size)
- Rinse at High Pressure.
- lower half of car Degreased to loosen road grime.
- De-tar vehicle.
- Clean wheels and tires using a non acidic cleaner also using specific metal free brushes to avoid damaging wheels.
- Clean doorshuts/bootshuts/petrol cap/badges and grilles.
- Clean wheel arches.
- Rinse at High Pressure.
- Snow foam entire vehicle.
- Rinse at High Pressure.
- Wash using the TBM.
- Rinse at High Pressure.
- Hand Dry car with premium waffleweave towels.
- Hand Apply polish to mask light swirls and defects in the paintwork
- Hand Apply a glaze to add a subtle "wetness" to the paintwork
- Apply multiple layers of wax or sealant system to boost protection against the elements even more. (Our standard waxes include dodo juice/collinite/nattys. Premium waxes are also available for an extra premium £POA)
- Dress exterior plastics and tires.
- Dress Wheel arches.
- Clean exterior glass and apply a rain repellant.
- Full interior detail (vacuum all carpets and seats/empty car of rubbish/clean plastics/dress plastics to a natural finish/clean interior glass.)
- Final wipe down using a high gloss Quick Detailer before hand over.
