Our biggest aim here at Grand Auto Detail is customer satisfaction and in order to achieve this aim flexibility on booking arrangements is key on our part. We aim to provide all our customer with the feeling of security and satisfaction in all the work we carry out. This includes every stage of the process from first booking contact all the way through to the return of your vehicle. 

Due to the nature of my work obviously weather conditions play a huge part in when bookings can be completed. All my effort will be put into making sure bookings are kept or replanned to a time to best suit your needs. Bookings can take place at your own property provided you can supply a plug socket and tap facilities, also a garage would be of huge benefit but not compulsory. Another option for customers is our drop off service which involves leaving the car with Grand Auto Detail and either 

 A) Stay to watch the detail and pick up a few tips and pointers on how best to maintain your car in the future. 

Or

B) Be dropped back home and wait for the completion of the detail at which point you shall be picked up and taken back to the car.
